FAQ — Versino Skills

A hosted knowledge service for SAP Business One. You connect it as an MCP connector to your AI assistant (e.g. Claude); the assistant then accesses curated SAP B1 expertise and answers questions with concrete, source-labelled solutions instead of generic guessing.

A skill is a curated knowledge package on exactly one SAP B1 topic — built from real, solved support cases at Versino AG. You book only the topics you need (or the complete bundle). A list of all 35 skills with explanations is below.

In enrichment mode: your assistant receives matching, source-labelled knowledge excerpts (snippets) on the topic and formulates the answer from them. Every delivery carries an invisible watermark for attribution.

Individually: you pick specific skills — €15 per skill per month. Complete bundle: all 35 skills at a discounted flat price (from €368/month).

Unlimited (standard): no daily limit, full price. Compact: 25 % cheaper, with up to 50 queries per day per company — a good fit for normal daily use. Both deliver the same knowledge.

Both are possible; the annual contract saves you money. Billing via Stripe, all prices plus VAT (B2B). Manage cancellation and payment details via Manage subscription; after cancellation, access ends.

One company login per customer — for your entire team, no seat counting. After purchase you receive the credentials by e-mail (a temporary password you change on first sign-in).

No. The connector stays signed in for the subscription term and renews the session itself — access is only revoked on cancellation.

Hosted in Germany, access exclusively via the secured login (OAuth). Delivered content carries a tenant-specific, invisible watermark.

No. Versino Skills delivers expertise on SAP B1 — it does not connect to your SAP system and sees no business data. (For direct SAP access there is the SAP-B1-MCP.)
